Fill the tank with distilled or mineral water and switch on. Once the steam starts, sit at a comfortable distance and steam your clean face for a few minutes. Follow with your serum and moisturiser. See the included manual for full instructions.

Orders are processed within 2–4 business days. Delivery then takes 2–5 business days to major cities (such as Johannesburg, Cape Town and Durban) and 5–7 business days to outlying or rural areas. Standard delivery is a flat rate shown at checkout, and your tracking number is sent by email or SMS.
Exchanges
We offer exchanges if your item arrives defective or damaged, or if you received the wrong item. Contact us within 3 days of receiving your order; the item must be unused and in its original packaging. Please note that we don't offer refunds once an order has been placed.

How do I charge and look after my device?
Charge it fully before first use, following the included manual. Wipe it clean after each use, let it dry completely and store it somewhere cool and dry. Don't use a device if it's damaged or overheats.
